We began 2020 with the aim of becoming South East Queensland’s best gelati producers, tripling the number of chefs in the department and importing equipment direct from Italy to make and display our ice-cream, and it paid off. This year we won a suite of awards including Australia’s best sorbet for our ‘Queenslander Mango’ flavour at the Royal Queensland Food and Wine Show.
Our gelatis are available by scoop, choose between a cup and a tasty waffle cone and if you like what you taste grab a take home pack for dessert. With traditional classics like vanilla bean, choc-hazelnut and stracciatella, or unique flavours like sugar-free dark chocolate and creme brûlée there’s something for everyone.
